Terms and conditions of use

These terms and conditions relate to the sale of products marketed by means of e-commerce website Paola Fiorini Underwear Beachwear.
The conditions reported below are an integral and substantial with every order. Must be examined by the customer prior to completion of purchase and be approved.
The submission of the confirmation of the order implies full knowledge of the general conditions of sale and their full approval, as required step in the purchase.

Prices

All prices shown on the website are already inclusive of VAT.

Payment methods

You can choose between 3 different forms of payment:

• Credit Card: you can pay by Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard.
• Paypal: is a payment method that allows customers to send free and safe payment.
• Bank transfer: the data to be able to make the transfer will be provided at time of order.
  NOTE: We will prepare and ship the goods ordered only as soon as the money will be credited to the account.

Billing

The material is transported with the transport document. If you wish to receive an invoice write it in the NOTES space provided at the time of the order. Customer can also specify different shipping address and invoice data. The invoice will be included in the package (unless otherwise indicated in the "note" field when ordering).

Product Availability

Generally our products are generally carried out within the next 48 hours (except Saturday and Sunday). Sometimes the retrieval of some items may result in a delay in shipping. In that case you will be informed by e-mail. More information available on the shipment page.

Delivery time

Please review the related page to know our delivery time. Some brands in particular may have longer shipping time.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 5 D. Decree 185/99, the customer is entitled to cancel the order. To withdraw from it shall notify its intention no later than 10 days from receipt of the products purchased. The communication must be done via email and will have to specify the products purchased, the order number and its willingness to withdraw from. Our Customer Service will respond via e-mail giving authorization to return the goods.
The customer is required to send by courier at their expense, within 10 days, the merchandise is received as well as that is absolutely new, unused, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (bags and boxes), arranging it in packs adjusted to ensure their integrity during transport.
The non-observance of these principles will render the right of withdrawal. Within 7 days of receipt of goods Paola Fiorini make the transfer of credit for the exact amount (excluding shipping costs) that the customer has paid for the purchase of goods ordered on the bank by the customer. The only costs that the client must support and then to exercise the right of withdrawal, are the transport costs of the courier to send the goods at our shop.
The goods travel with risk borne by the customer. Therefore, in case the package is lost, the object of withdrawal, Paola Fiorini will not be obligated to refund.
IMPORTANT: the goods must be in perfect conditions (both the original packaging and the item inside), packaged with an adequate protection (no bags, only cardboard boxes).
We reserve the right to reject the goods if they do not comply with the above-named conditions.

Return policy

Paola Fiorini allows you to change the purchased goods according with the following conditions:

They are therefore charged to the customer and the shipping costs to return the material that made those for sending the replaced material. The goods travel with risk borne by the customer. Therefore, in case the package is lost, the object of replacement, Paula Fiorini will not be obligated to make the returnable.

• in case of defective goods, with the same item ordered.
• in case you have ordered a wrong size, with the same item ordered, the new size.
• items must not be broken or used./li>
• the goods must be inserted in perfect condition in its original packagin without damage and also sent to Fiorini Paola Corso Roma 84 73014 Gallipoli (LE) ITALY.
• the exchange must be made within 5 days of receipt.

If these conditions are met, you can contact us at 0833 262404 or send an e-mail specifying order number and items to be changed, and wait for a response before return us the goods.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer (both return and re-sending costs).
The goods travel with risk borne by the customer. Therefore, in case the package shipped by the customer is lost, Paula Fiorini will not be obligated to make the returnable.

Will not be accepted for replacement:

• Items intended for contact with intimate parts (briefs, boxers, coordinated etc.)
• Items worn or washed
• Items damaged due to improper treatment of the customer
• Items sent back COD or freight collect
• Items on sale
• Items without their attached tags
• Items that have been modified or with interventions of any kind
