Shipping time and estimated delivery
The estimated delivery times indicate when the goods should leave our warehouse for delivery. The items included in the order will be shipped as soon as they become available.
- For example, products that are labeled "Ships: within 24 hours" are usually shipped from the warehouse within 24 hours of placing your order.
- The articles of the group Anita, Rosa Faia, Triump, Perofil, Venus, Medima, ZiwaDerm, Lejaby, Tecnosan and Silvertex have longer preparation times, and also the shipping and delivery will take longer, between 20 and 25 days.
- It's possible that some items are used up or pending reorganization, in this case you will be promptly notified by email.
The estimated delivery times indicate when the goods should arrive to your address once shipped.
